If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition to us within 14 days for a refund.
In order to receive a refund in the original form of payment, the return must satisfy all of the following conditions:
1. All merchandise, including sale items, must be returned within 14 days of the original date delivered to the shipping address.
2. The merchandise must be UNUSED, in fully saleable condition and with all tags, joint protectors and any other labels, tickets, or tags affixed to the original merchandise.
3. The merchandise must not be altered in any way.
Merchandise that has been used, with any markings whatsoever on the cue or shaft, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Upon inspection of return item if found unacceptable, the merchandise will be sent back to the purchaser and will not be refunded.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and merchandise to be returned for a RMA number to start the return process.
You may use the original outside packaging to ship the return back to us. However, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
We suggest that you purchase insurance on the returned and retain a record of the return tracking number for future references. Lost or damaged packages during returns will be the responsibility of the shipper.

Please note that frequency of returns is monitored. Excessive returns and high return rates may, at Mezz USA's sole discretion, result in refusal or denial of returns, or temporary cessation and/or permanent closure of your account.
